GOVERNBOX.ai
Founders' Circle — limited to 10 organizations

Help shape the Governance & Management System built for organizations like yours.

GOVERNBOX.ai runs AI, risk, technology, and data governance as one platform — your organization's whole Governance & Management System in one place. We're inviting ten organizations to come in as founding partners: use all of it now, shape what we build next, and be recognized for it. A partnership, not a sales list.

Ten seats. Ninety days. When they're claimed, the Circle closes.

What the Founders’ Circle is

Ten organizations. One shared goal: make governance understandable and easy.

Most organizations were handed AI governance without a team, a budget, or a specialist to lean on. GOVERNBOX.ai builds a defensible governance package in about an hour, then runs the whole program — inventory, risk, training, incidents, costs, and a quarterly board report — in plain language a board can read. Founding Members get all of it, help decide what comes next, and are named as the partners who helped build it.

More than AI governance

One platform for your whole Governance & Management System

GOVERNBOX started with AI governance because that's the fire on the desk. But the person handed AI is usually handed risk, technology, and data too — with no team for any of it. So GOVERNBOX runs all four in one place, in the same plain language. Founding Members get every module — and help shape where the whole platform goes next.

🤖Included for founders

AI Governance

Every AI tool inventoried, every policy grounded and cited, every board question answered — the flagship module, live today.

⚠️Included for founders

Enterprise Risk Management

The org-wide risk register your board keeps asking for — guided discovery, plain-language scoring, quarterly board chapter.

💻Included for founders

IT Inventory & Management

Every device, subscription, and system with an owner and a renewal date — the answers your insurer and auditor ask for.

🗄️Included for founders

Data Management

What data you hold, where it lives, how long you keep it, and proof you can answer a privacy request on time.

Four domains, one login, one plain-language report your board, funder, auditor, and insurer can all read. That's the whole program — and Founding Members shape where it goes next.

What you receive

The founding advantage

Real influence, real access, and recognition — plus founding terms held for you and discussed directly, never posted on a price list.

🔒

A reserved founding rate

Founding pricing held for your entire founding term, then honored with a permanent founding-loyalty rate for as long as you stay with us.

Every module included

AI, Risk, Technology, and Data — all four domains at your founding rate, plus first access to everything we build next.

🗳️

A real vote on the roadmap

Your priorities carry weight. What Founders ask for is what gets built next — and we show you what changed because you asked.

📞

A direct line to the founder

Priority support and a founder who answers. No ticket queue, no account tier to climb — you're a founding partner.

A Founding Member badge

A founding mark on your public Trust Page — visible proof to your funders, members, and partners that you led on AI governance early.

🤝

Recognition as a founding partner

Named — with your approval — as one of the organizations that helped build the program. Good for us, and good for you.

What we ask in return

A genuine partnership — kept light on purpose

Founding terms are given in exchange for your partnership, not for nothing. The commitments below are designed to fit a busy leader — a few touchpoints a year, not a second job.

💬

Regular feedback

A two-minute monthly pulse and a 30-minute quarterly check-in. Tell us what worked and what frustrated you — that's the whole job.

📅

The annual Design Summit

Once a year, a half-day working session where Founders shape the roadmap together. This is your design board — and where influence turns real.

📝

A named case study

After you're up and running, a short case study and logo use — with your approval on every word before anything is published.

🌟

An honest public review

One review on a platform buyers trust, within your first 90 days. Your candid experience — good and bad — is exactly what helps the next organization.

☎️

Being a reference

Willingness to take a few reference calls a year from organizations weighing the same decision you made. Capped and predictable.

🔗

Warm introductions

Where it fits — and only where it fits — an introduction to a peer organization or your association. Never an obligation, always appreciated.

What the Founding Member Agreement covers

Everything in writing, in plain language

No surprises. Before you join, you'll see a short Founding Member Agreement that spells out both sides. Here's what's in it.

  • Mutual commitments. Exactly what you provide and exactly what we provide — cadence, benefits, and access, stated clearly for both sides.
  • Benefits tied to participation — never a penalty. Your founding terms continue as long as you stay an active partner. Miss a busy quarter? Nothing is clawed back. There's simply a friendly check-in at renewal.
  • You keep ownership; we get a feedback license. Your data and your organization's information stay yours. Ideas and feedback you share, we're free to build on.
  • Publicity with your approval. Logo use and a testimonial — and you approve every quote and every mention before it goes anywhere.
  • A capped reference commitment. A small, defined number of reference calls a year — never open-ended, never a surprise on your calendar.
  • One honest review, within 90 days. On a platform buyers trust. Your real experience — we don't script it and we don't screen it.
  • A clear founding term and a defined transition. When your founding term ends, you move to a permanent founding-loyalty rate. You always know what's next.
  • The Design Summit and feedback cadence. The annual summit, the quarterly check-in, and the monthly pulse — the light rhythm that makes the partnership real.
